Inspired Music Concepts recording artiste Cali P is now in Panama to perform at a show, and from there, he heads to Costa Rica for two more gigs.

“He will be gone for one week, he has a total of three shows and a number of media interviews to do in Panama and Costa Rica, we are getting Cali into new markets in Central and South America,” a release from Cali P’s management team said.

Cali P has been making major moves on the international reggae market since the release of his Like A Lion (Hot Steppa) single which was produced by Phantom, Cali P’s partner in the Inspired Music Concepts label.

The song is being used as the soundtrack for a documentary feature film of the same name about seven-time ESPN X-Games gold medallist, Tanner Hall.

The artiste completed a six-week European tour to promote Unstoppable, one of his two albums which are to be released this year. The other album, a roots rock-influenced effort, is called Musi-Cali Speaking and will be released in the fall.

Locally, the Like a Lion (Hot Steppa) and No Time singles are still blowing up all over FM radio and are currently in heavy rotation on IRIE, ZIP, HITZ and other radio stations.

A video of Like a Lion peaked at No.4 on the HYPE TV VTX charts. He released a performance video of No Time last week, and premiered a new video for the single As One featuring Stress, the top platinum selling rapper from Switzerland.
